Do I need an electrician?
No. Our lights are rechargeable or battery powered, so there is no wiring. Wall lights fix with magnets, adhesive pads or small screws, depending on the product.
How do I charge them?
With the USB cable supplied. Plug it into any USB power adapter (adapters are not included). Each product page lists the charging port. The Gallery picture spotlight uses AA batteries instead.
How long does a charge last?
It depends on the product and the brightness you use. Lower settings last longest.
Will the wall mount damage my wall?
Adhesive pads hold firmly but can lift some paints when removed. If you rent, test on a hidden area first or use the screws.
How long does delivery take?
Orders usually arrive within 5 to 10 working days, with tracking. Delivery is free on orders of £30 or more. See our Delivery policy.
Will I pay customs charges?
No. Prices include any UK import charges.
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 14 days to cancel by law, and we accept returns of unused items for 30 days. See our Returns policy.
Something arrived faulty. What now?
Email us a photo or short video within 30 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it at no cost to you.
